Participation in the workshop „Creating and Sustaining of a media studies repository“ in Marburg

In the frame of the workshop on the occasion of the start of “mediarep”, an open access repository financed by DFG, Anita Runge shared the experiences about creating the “GenderOpen Repository for Gender Studies Research“. The workshop took place at Philipps-Universitaet Marburg on 16th/17th of November of 2017.

On 25 and 26 May 2016, Sabina García Peter participated in the colloquium “Latin America–United States: Bridges Of Understanding.” The event was organized by the Observatory on Latin America (OLA) at the New School in New York along with the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO).

As a member of the Consortium of Women’s and Gender Studies Institutions in Berlin (afg; in German), the Margherita von Brentano Center was involved in planning the discussion event "Gender Studies meets Politics – Politics Meets Gender Studies" on 25 May 2016 at the Berlin House of Representatives.
