The poster exhibition was part of the symposium “Unheard, unseen, and unspoken: Setting a research agenda for sexual harassment and violence in higher education”, funded by the Volkswagen Foundation and held on September 17–19, 2025, at the Xplanatorium Herrenhausen Palace in Hanover, Germany.

The symposium included cross-over events with three other Volkswagen Foundation-supported initiatives addressing taboos related to gender and race in science and research.

Posters are published on Zenodo as a way to permanently archive and share them, making them citable with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). Poster pitches were recorded, and the videos are available on the YouTube channel of the Margherita von Brentano Center for Gender Studies.
