Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olga Selin Hünler received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Middle East Technical University. After serving as an assistant professor at İzmir University of Economics between 2016 and 2019, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Bremen in Germany with the PSI Fellowship of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.

From 2019 to 2021, she was a fellow in the Academy in Exile’s Critical Thinking Residency Program and a guest researcher at the Margherita von Brentano Center for Gender Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. Since 2021, she has been a faculty member in the English Psychology Department at Acıbadem University. Her research focuses on gender, critical masculinity studies, migration, and academic freedom.
