Gender & Diversity in Higher Education – International Exchange at Freie Universität Berlin

As part of the 13th International Staff Training Week (23–27 June 2025), our Centre hosted a dedicated program track on gender and diversity in higher education.

Through interactive workshops, discussions, and a World Café and together with the participants, we explored key topics such as:

• Preventing sexual harassment and violence in academia

•  Inclusive and diversity-sensitive teaching

• Promoting gender and diversity research through open access

• Communication from a gender and diversity perspective

Beyond the content, the week offered space for meaningful exchange, shared reflection, and international networking.
