Who can apply to Una.Together?

Students from all Una Europa universities can apply – we welcome exchange students too!
All fields and levels of studies (bachelors, masters, PhD) are equally appreciated.
Students apply individually by 20 March. The participants are chosen based on their motivation and level of commitment.Organisers of the program form international, interdisciplinary teams from the selected applicants.

How is Una.Together organised?

Una.Together is organised in collaboration with eight Una Europa universities, the University of Helsinki and HelsinkiThink Company as the main organisers.
Each Una Europa university introduces a current challenge that an international group of students creates a solution for.These challenges address different aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Teamed up with facilitators and experts, students participate in lectures, workshops and an intensive kick-off weekend.The program culminates in each team presenting their solutions in a publicly streamed online event.

Why should you apply to the program?

– Create connections. Una.Together brings together students from eight European universities.
– Pick up new practical skills. These include creative problem solving, design thinking, project management andcommunicating – just to name a few.
– Learn from the best. Each team is mentored and lectures and workshops are held by experts.
In the final showcase, you have the opportunity to present your ideas to professionals.
– Recognition for your work. Each student receives a participation certificate at the end of the program.
Some universities might provide study credits – check with your university to confirm! The team with the most applicableidea gets the opportunity to travel to the university that presented the challenge and introduce their idea in person.
