Kathrin Tietze holds a degree in Educational Studies, Psychology and English Linguistics from the Universities in Giessen, Germany and Lancaster, UK. She is an experienced trainer, lecturer, facilitator, consultant and project managerin working with diverse audiences in Germany and beyond and has been working as in the area of equality, diversity and inclusion in various capacities for more than two decades. Main areas of interest and research: anti-discrimination, awareness raising/ training, privilege and power, structural implementation, knowledge generation and sharing on all dimensions of diversity.
